[Volleyball] Seven Warriors Named KCAC Volleyball Scholar Athletes
WICHITA, Kan. – The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) is pleased to announce 91 volleyball student-athletes have been named 2016-17 KCAC Scholar-Athletes.
11 conference institutions are represented with Kansas Wesleyan University leading the way with 17 student-athletes recognized. The group consists of 47 student-athletes from Kansas, 39 seniors, 31 juniors, and 21 sophomores.
Makenzie Cork, Alexandra Reid, Sarah Keller, Brandi Fairbank, Anna Proffitt, Mykela Riedl, and Taylor King made the list for the Lady Warriors.
Student-athletes must have sophomore standing at the start of the sport season, maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.333 on a 4.0 scale, and letter in their sport.
