[Men's Volleyball] BENU Wins First Match in Pool Play

Benedictine Mesa, the #6 seed in the 12-team field, outfought #11 Georgetown (Ky.) 3-0 in the first match in Pool C of the 2022 Men's Volleyball National Championship, held at the MidAmerican Energy Company RecPlex in Des Moines, Iowa.  The Redhawks, now 20-6 on the season, will finish Pool Play tomorrow in an 8:00 am PT match against #3 Indiana Tech.  The winner of Pool C will advance to the NAIA semifinal to play the winner of Pool B on Friday, April 15 at 2:00 pm PT.  The Championship Match will take place on Saturday, April 16, at 3:00 pm PT.
