DES MOINES, IA – For the first time in program history the Tigers were able to win their first match at the NAIA National Championships with an upset in their opening round match 3-1.
The Tigers started to a slow start in the first set. Vanguard jumped out to a 8-3 lead. Campbellsville was able correct their mistakes which mostly came from service errors in that set. They closed the set to close it to a three point margin but fell 25-22.
