[Volleyball] Volleyball Advances to NAIA National Championship Final Site With Win Over Ottawa

OTTAWA, Kan. – The Lindsey Wilson volleyball team overcame a sluggish opening set to down Ottawa (Kan.) 3-1 in the NAIA National Championship Opening Round on Saturday afternoon.

After shaking off a negative hitting percentage in the first set, Lindsey Wilson strung together three straight-set wins to down the Braves 3-1 (20-25, 25-17, 25-13, 28-26). With the win the Blue Raiders advance to the NAIA National Championship Final Site in Sioux City, Iowa on Nov. 30 – Dec. 4. The 42nd annual championship will take place at the Tyson Events Center.
