No outlet for rising concern

Lake Shamineau's water level has slowly been rising over the last 25 years, swallowing lakeshore, trees and cabins. Bob and Cheryl Koll have lived in the same cabin for 50 years in Motley, Minn. and watched the water level rise. They used to have an olympic size volleyball court in their backyard but it is almost entirely gone due to the rising water level.
