Greenhouse came so close to success. 17:all in the third set and two sets to none ahead. It would have been just reward for an excellent display. However, a combination of visitor determination and youthful nerves conspired to enable Giants to stay in the game but, in an enthralling fifth set, they just managed to hang on to win.
