[Men's Volleyball] Seventh-Ranked Pirates Fall Short to Fifth-Ranked Braves in Five Sets

OTTAWA, Kan. – The seventh-ranked Park men's volleyball team fell to the fifth-ranked Ottawa University in a Midwest Conference match Wednesday night in Ottawa, Kansas. The Pirates (11-7, 3-4 MC) lost a hard-fought match in five sets to the Braves (16-5, 6-2 MC) 25-22, 25-19, 21-25, 18-25, 12-15. Andrea Maggio had a big night with 17 kills, while Leandro Sodre had the highest hitting percentage of .409 over the five sets.
