Wednesday evening trains had been cancelled on Southern Rail. Nothing new there but it meant that at the moment this match was due to start, only two Rebels players were present at the Peckham Rye Harris Academy. Others came in one at a time and then, moments before the first set would have been forfeit, numbers five and six.
