Boulder 70.3

Bike:  I rode solo the whole day on my Falco Bike but i ended up riding at 2:03 which was the 2nd or 3rd fastest bike split of the day. 

Run:  It took me a little while to warm up after that bike split but as the race progressed I felt stronger/faster.  I ended up posting the 3rd fastest run split in my Skechers GoRun4 shoes and I was catching Ben Hoffman at the end.  I didn't quite catch him but finished 6th overall in a stacked field.
