Winter Duathlon Series – Round 4
Round Four Report and Results
A great morning of racing was enjoyed by our 11 members and guest Adam Cowper-Smith. The weather conditions this morning at Betteshanger Park were better than I expected after looking at the weather forecast all week! We had rain but only a shower and of course Betteshanger would not be Betteshanger without a breeze!
Congratulations to Alastair Clifford who was our overall winner in a time of 00:51:13 and the first lady home was Louise Moore in 01:04:07. Well done to Adam who was our only guest and is recovering from an injury finished in 01:23:12

Duathlon Information
- We have introduced 3 start times, with the following format:
- Start 1 – 09:00 this start is for those who finish in around 01:10:00 and above only
- Start 2 – 09:15 this start is for those who finish over the hour and upto 01:09:00
- Start 3 – 09:30 this start is for those who finish under the hour
- However, these are just recommended start times and also just to advise when possible start 3 may go little earlier.
- Round 5 which is also the Daniel Squire Club Champ Race is Sunday 1st March
