DECEMBER 2025 RUN LEAGUE
Firstly, I would like to congratulate each and everyone of you who appeared on the 2025 Run League Table.
This year the club will be awarding prizes to all of the age group categories winners who are…
Seniors: Verity Hodges who covered 5 of the distances and finished with 28 points and Toby Smith also covered 5 of the 7 distances to finish with 3 points
Vet 40: Abbie Kirkham ran 6 of distances to finish with 16 points and Dave Gibb and Ben McGhee both ran 4 of the distances and finished with 10 points each
Vet 50: Jill Cliff ran 5 of the distances to finish with 43 points and Mark Baker also ran 5 distances to finish with 19 points
Vet 60: Tina Barton completed all 7 distances and finished with 54 points and Martin O’Grady ran 3 distances to finish with 38 points
Vet 70: Malcolm Smith ran to finish with 160 points
RUN LEAGUE FUN FACTS
- 2025 finished with 187 members which was an increase of 33
- Well done to: Stuart Phillips, Bronwen Lafferty, Anita Pollard, Maria Harrington, Graeme Rawlings, Jane Wisbey, Tina Barton and Andy & Sally Russell who completed all 7 distances
- There were 61 new members who joined the run league
- Toby Smith took the club records for 5k, 5m, 10k and half marathon this year
- 70 of you will notice that some of your times are highlighted in yellow that is because you were all amazing and beat your 2024 time…
- The table below shows a comparison between 2024/25 of who ran what distance and it looks like you all had fun running a half marathon!
