Transition training – bike to run – 5th July

???? trackside shelter, Betteshanger Park (up the slope from the buildings and turn left as you get to the gravel track)

????you MUST bring and wear your bike helmet. No lid = no ride
????Bring your bike too! Or drop us a message before Friday, and someone might be able to sort out a loan for you.
???? also bring sunscreen, bike shoes if you need/use them, running shoes, spare socks, a towel, drink, bike gloves if you use them.
???? The session might go as an explanation about what you can/can’t do, how to set out your kit, figure out what suits you, maybe a lap round the track, then in to our Transition Area. We will have racks and a marked area.
???? Remember that this is not on a closed track, members of the public will be around too.
???? if you drive, remember to pay for your parking

Please contact Jill Cliff if you’d like to do this so we know how much racking to put out! If there’s enough interest, we might do another couple, maybe the first weekend of the month, for a couple of months.
