The Mrs got me the Rich Roll book 'Finding Ultra' for Xmas, which I'm currently working my way through.
I'm a vegetarian and have only dabbled a bit on the veganism front back in my younger years. It's a big step to make and to sustain as a way of life. But the health benefits seem to be there.
With all the sporting events likely to be back up and running in 2021. I've currently got a number of runs as well as a triathlon booked in, with the first event starting in April. I want to dive in and get started with a vegan diet. So was wondering if anybody on here has done the same and if they have any advice? There might be some seasoned plant based eaters on here, so would be very interested in hearing about their experiences and what sort of approach they would take.
