First road bike - is this a good one?

Hi, I am living in Los Angeles, looking for my first road bike. I have a 14 year old mountain bike which just isn't cutting it anymore ;) I do triathlons sporadically, and just did my first Olympic last weekend while borrowing a friend's road bike, and was amazed at the difference it made. ...
