There will not be a track session at the school on 2nd July.
BUT – you don’t get a week off!
It’s been moved for just that night to the area at Walmer and Deal Seafront parkrun start, at the sea end of Clarence Road, Walmer.
Please arrive at 7pm having already warmed up over 1 mile, so you are ready to run.
This is a free session – members and non members welcome.
Please note – there are NO TOILETS nearby that are open after 7pm.
Please bring a drink and a layer that you can take off/put on.
The session will return to the school on 9th July onwards.
