As we start the new year, NCTTA is moving towards the post season with one final tournament in every division (Teams and Singles) and then of course the COVETED NCTTA POST SEASON (Regionals and Nationals).

If you are unsure how it is supposed to be filled out, here is an example of a completed form: http://www.nctta.org/doc/Fall_2017_Eligibility_Example.pdf or simply send us an email registrar@nctta.org with any questions.

NOTE: Anyone who intends on playing in Regionals must be on this form and have been listed on a roster for the teams that they will play for.

Eligibility Form is due 72 hours before your tournament.
