Thirteen medal events took place on the final day of the competitions. Anastasiya Shkurdai brought Belarus the first medal of the 2023 World Cup, touching in second in the women 200m backstroke (2:09.67). Kaylee Mckeown of Australia celebrated a victory, and Canada's Kylie Masse placed third.
