BUDAPEST, Oct. 21 (Xinhua) -- Australia's Kaylee McKeown set a new world record in women's 100m backstroke in 57.33 seconds, 24 hours after breaking a world record in 50m backstroke, on the second day of the swimming World Cup in Budapest on Saturday.

She beat her own world mark of 57.45 set at the Australian Trials ahead of Tokyo Olympics in 2021.
