JAKARTA, Indonesia — Japan and China finished all square in the swimming gold medal tally at the Asian Games in a key dress rehearsal for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. China needed to win Friday’s last race to tie Japan on 19 golds in the pool and they did it, pinching the men’s 4×100-metre medley relay
