COLUMBUS, Ga. –  Opening day of the 2018 NAIA Swimming and Diving National Championships consists of just one event, the 800 Freestyle Relay. The Tigers, led by Deirdre Gerke, jumped out to an early lead, but finished third in the end. The four-day event is in its third year at the Columbus Aquatics Center and runs through March 3.
