Waves for the early on Saturday
Hello Friends,
Definitely a few waves around for the Saturday early morning session along the beaches. Set wave faces at focal points were into the head high plus range. However, there seemed to be quite a wait for catchable ones to turn up and the northerly was beginning to texture the south corners. Out at sea the swell was 1.65 m at 11-12 seconds from the east. Water’s clean and still on 18C. Weather’s going to 27 on what should be a partly cloudy.
Wondering about the surf outlook? Well, the Mighty Goat slipped a cog Thursday and rocked up all apologetic like yesterday with his words of surf wisdom. Check it out and have yourself a good time!
Weather Situation
A ridge of high pressure over eastern New South Wales is weakening as a cold front approaches from the west. A second brief ridge develops on Sunday before a cold front moves northeast on Monday. This sets up a southwesterly flow with a series of further troughs moving across the coastal waters on Tuesday.
