Swell kicking

0 9

Hello Friends,
The Bureau’s predicting south swell around a metre for today, but what they don’t mention is that the period is close to 15 seconds and coming from 166°. So, as the pictures show, there are definitely some chest to shoulder high wave faces in the mix as Tuesday kicks off. Water is sitting on 21C and quality is good up and down the beaches under sunny skies. Classic autumnal conditions. First tide of the day is the low at 0835 and then it gradually comes into a modest 1.2 m high at 1440.
And just quietly, I’m liking the look of the more optimistic predictions for the rest of the week. The sunniest outlook is for surf every morning through to Saturday, and then another south pulse may ramp as we head into next week.
Have a great Tuesday one and all!
