Hello Friends,

Slightly hazy and partly cloudy skies as Friday kicked off along the beaches. Wind was coming from the WSW but out at sea the swell was straight south at 1.4 metres – but with an anemic 6 second period. That means it is extremely small to flat at Dee Why.
Swell should start coming up around lunch time, but the wind is set to swing to the S-SE at the same time and skies should start to cloud over as a front slides up the coast.
