Mohammed Siraj humorously thanked his teammate Yashasvi Jaiswal on Instagram for sending biryani, joking that he preferred authentic Hyderabadi biryani. Known for his love of the dish, Siraj previously hosted his RCB teammates for a biryani feast during IPL 2023. Currently, he's sidelined from the Duleep Trophy due to illness, along with Ravindra Jadeja and Umran Malik.
