Friday’s official weigh-ins for UFC Vegas 20 had a couple of bumps in the road.

Heavyweight headliners Jairzinho Rozenstruik and Ciryl Gane successfully made weight, but one other fighter came in way over the limit and another bout was cancelled entirely.

Maxim Grishin tipped the scales at 210.5 pounds, 4.5 pounds over the limit (including one-pound allowance) for his preliminary light heavyweight bout opposite Dustin Jacoby on Saturday. Jacoby successfully made weight at 204.5 pounds and the bout will proceed as a catchweight with Grishin forfeiting 30 percent of his purse to Jacoby, the UFC announced.

The preliminary portion of UFC Vegas 20 also saw one bout cancelled, Alex Oliveira vs. Ramazan Kuramagomedov. The debuting Kuramagomedov was stepping in on less than one week’s notice for Randy Brown (undisclosed), but on Friday morning it was reported that an illness had forced him to withdraw from the Oliveira bout.
