WWE star Jessika Carr shows off amazing body transformation and urges Instagram followers to ‘love yourself’
WWE referee Jessika Carr has shown off her incredible body transformation.
The 29-year-old shared a motivational message with her fans as she urged them to ‘keep working and ‘love yourself’.
Carr, real name Jessika Heiser, has documented her weight loss journey on Instagram.
She showed off her results as she compared a recent snap of herself in the gym to an old holiday picture.
Alongside it, she wrote: “Keep working even when you feel like you’re failing.
“Keep working when you go off course and feel like it’s not working.
“Keep working when you skip a workout or don’t eat right.
“Just keep moving in the right direction, love the process and not the outcome, and most importantly love yourself through the whole thing.
“Trust me, that’s all easier said than done. But I’m learning.
“Still so much more to achieve. Happy Sunday. Happy #wwetlc day!”
