Nuclear war cannot be won and must not be fought – UN Chief
Tehran, Sept 26, IRNA – United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Saturday called on states that possess nuclear weapons to reaffirm the shared understanding that a nuclear war cannot be won and must not be fought.
