Urgent: U.S. destroyer enforces blockade of Iran's ports against Iranian-flagged oil tanker

WASHINGTON, April 27 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. Central Command said Monday that it intercepted an Iranian-flagged crude oil tanker on the Arabian Sea after it attempted to sail to an Iranian port.

"Guided-missile destroyer USS Rafael Peralta (DDG 115) enforces the U.S. blockade of Iranian ports against M/T Stream after it attempted to sail to an Iranian port, April 26," the command said on X.
