Tuberculosis affects about 44,000 people in Ghana annually — Dr Ziem
Programme Manager for the National Tuberculosis Programme, Dr Bernard Ziem has revealed that an estimated 44,000 people in Ghana are diagnosed with tuberculosis each year. According to him, the disease continues to pose a major public health threat despite ongoing interventions.
