SIM re-registration in my time wasn’t a useless or empty exercise as claimed — Ursula Owusu
Former Minister for Communications and Digitalisation, Ursula Owusu Ekuful, has rejected claims that the upcoming SIM re-registration exercise is due to a failed one done during his period. The country, between 2022 and 2023, required all SIM cards to be linked to the Ghana Card through a two-step process involving self-registration and biometric verification.
