Toronto Blue Jays right-hander Jose Berrios has a stress fracture in his right elbow and won't be ready for the start of the season next week.
Berrios, 31, received the diagnosis after meeting with Dr. Keith Meister, Blue Jays manager John Schneider confirmed Wednesday.
