Current NHIA management did not inherit any debt from NPP gov’t — Minority
The Minority Caucus in Parliament has dismissed claims that the previous New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration left GHS2. 6 billion in debt at the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA). The statement follows comments made by the Minister for Health, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, who reportedly said the government has disbursed GHS2.
