I’ll lose confidence in the system if my petition against Kissi Agyebeng is rejected — Kpebu

Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has stated that he will lose confidence in Ghana rsquo;s justice system if his petition seeking the removal of the Special Prosecutor is dismissed. His comments follow the dismissal of three earlier petitions by Chief Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie, who ruled that they did not establish a prima facie case to be answered.
