49ers sign K Eddy Pineiro to replace Jake Moody

The San Francisco 49ers signed Eddy Pineiro as their new kicker on Wednesday after waiving Jake Moody.
The Niners moved on from Moody after he missed two field goals in the season opener. A third-round draft pick in 2023, he missed a 27-yard try in the second quarter and had a 36-yarder blocked in the third quarter of Sunday's 17-13 win at Seattle.
