Rear Admiral Godwin Livinus Bessing, Chief of Naval Staff, has expressed appreciation to GOIL for the continued support to the Ghana Navy. GOIL serves as a key supplier of Marine Gas Oil (MGO) to various vessels and facilities, including those operated by the Ghana Navy.
