Philadelphia Phillies star Bryce Harper departed Wednesday afternoon's game against the Toronto Blue Jays due to a left elbow contusion.
The Phillies said Harper will undergo further evaluation.
Harper was hit on the elbow with a fastball from Toronto right-hander Bowden Francis in the first inning.
