Panthers add wide receiver

CHARLOTTE - The Panthers added some depth at receiver Thursday, who also should have some familiarity with the offense.
The team signed wide receiver Deven Thompkins after a workout.
The former undrafted rookie from Utah State spent the last two seasons with the Buccaneers, where he was with Dave Canales and most of the Panthers' current offensive staff.
The 5-foot-8, 155-pound Thom
