Tigers-Guardians rained out, will play July 4 doubleheader
The Detroit Tigers' home game against the Cleveland Guardians Friday night was postponed due to inclement weather in the area.
The American League Central rivals will meet up for a split doubleheader on Independence Day. After their originally scheduled game at 1:10 p.m. ET, they will make up Friday's game starting at 6:40 p.m.
Cleveland's Shane Bieber (1-3, 3.55 ERA) was set to oppose Detroit rookie Alex Faedo (1-1, 3.
