After import of circular knitted polyester fabric from China drops from 800 tonnes to 200 tonnes, Surat manufacturers grab chance to weave fabric for apparel worn by IPL teams. At a time when textile manufacturers are facing a 50% cut in textile production, the circular knitwear sector in textiles is running at 80% production, thanks to the Surat textile industry.
