[Softball] #1 vs. #2 for Softball Tournament Title

SYLVANIA, Ohio - (Bracket) - The top two seeds in the 2017 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Softball Tournament will play for bragging rights in the championship game. Both teams have qualified for the NAIA Softball National Championship Opening Round thanks to the league's two automatic berths. Davenport was awarded the first berth and Madonna earns the second by making it to the championship game.

Madonna remains as the only unbeaten team after posting victories against SIena Heights, Concordia, and Davenport - the Panthers lone loss. Davenport defeated Lawrence Tech and UNOH before falling to Madonna, then beat UM-Dearborn to advance to the championship game. 

First pitch is slated for Tuesday, May 9 at 10:30 a.m.
