Horizon League Softball Player of the Week (Mar. 6)

INDIANAPOLIS- Valparaiso's Carly Trepanier has been selected as the Player of the Week making it the second time on the season that a Valparaiso player has earned the honor.

Carly Trepanier / Valparaiso / Sophomore /  Infielder /  Manteno, Ill.

Trepanier recorded at least two hits in Valparaiso’s four game stretch over the weekend. The infielder had particularly strong games in the Crusaders’ two wins over Stony Brook going 4-7 with three runs scored, two walks, and a stolen base. The sophomore registered nine hits in 15 at-bats on the week as Valparaiso improved to 6-2 on the season.
