Advanced ticket sales open for WBSC Women's Softball World Cup Group Prague

The World Baseball Softball Confederation and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) announced that tickets are available online at Ticketportal.cz for all games of the WBSC Women's Softball World Cup - Group Prague. Day tickets will sell for Czech Koruna 200 (US$ 9.66). The tournament pass will sell for 500 Czech Koruna (US$ 23.88).

The Stadium of Joudrs in Prague will host the event from June 16 to 20. World No. 10 Czechia will welcome No. 4 Canada, No. 5 Chinese Taipei, No. 9 Italy, No. 11 Australia and No. 14 Cuba.

The Women's Softball World Cup Group Stage 2026

The WBSC Women's Softball World Cup 2026/2027 is a two-stage event. Group Prague is the first of three six-team groups in the Group Stage taking place in 2026 before the Finals next year.

The two other host cities are Lima, Peru (July 14 to 18) and Oklahoma City, USA (September 12 to 16)

The Women's Softball World Cup Finals 2027

The top-two finishers of each group and two wild cards will advance to the WBSC Women's Softball World Cup Finals 2027.

Redcliffe, Australia, will host the eight-team Finals from 5 to 11 April, 2027.

Japan are the reigning World Champions after winning the WBSC Women's Softball World Cup 2023/2024, beating USA, 6–1, in the final. Canada claimed the bronze medal with a thrilling 11–7, 11-inning win over the Netherlands.
