50 Days to go: WBSC U-15 Women's Softball World Cup schedule announced
The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) revealed the official schedule for the WBSC U-15 Women's Softball World Cup 2025, which will be held from June 27 to July 5 in Caronno Pertusella and Legnano, Italy.
The four-day Opening Round will include six games on Friday, June 27, and eight games on the following three days. Caronno Pertusella will host the Opening Ceremony before the night game between Italy and Spain on Day 1.
World No. 2 Japan, No. 3 Puerto Rico, No. 7 Italy, No. 9 Mexico, No. 13 Spain and No. 64 American Samoa will compete in Group A.

No. 1 USA, No. 4 Chinese Taipei, No. 6 Canada, No. 8 Czechia, No. 10 Australia and No. 39 Singapore are in Group B.
The top three finishers of the two groups will advance to the Super Round, which will be held on July 2, 3 and 4, while the other six teams will play in the Placement Round.
Caronno Pertusella will host the medal games on Saturday, July 5. The bronze-medal game between the third and fourth-place finishers in the Super Round is scheduled at 15:00 (local time). The first and second-placed teams in the Super Round will play for the U-15 Women's Softball World Title at 19:00 (local time).
It will be the second edition of the WBSC U-15 Women's Softball World Cup. The United States defeated Puerto Rico in the final in Tokyo to win the inaugural U-15 Women's Softball World Cup in 2023.
