[Softball] ERAU Wins Three Games at Tucson Invitational
Embry-Riddle opened last week with a sweep of Antelope Valley in a California Pacific Conference doubleheader, and closed out the week in Tucson, Ariz., for five games at the Tucson Invitational. The Eagles entered the final day of the tournament having split their previous two games, and they dropped their first game of the day on Sunday before the offense sprang to life with a combined 20 runs over the final two to finish its five games at the event with a pair of wins. ERAU (12-9) started the day with a 3-1 loss to Doane but came back to take 9-0 and 11-3 victories over Viterbo and Valley City State, respectively.
