[Softball] Reese Powers No. 24 Saint Xavier in DH Sweep of Roosevelt

Rosemont, Ill. – Sophomore infielder Alexus Reese (Schererville, Ind./Lake Central) homered three times, including two home runs in game one, as No. 24 Saint Xavier University softball (17-5, 6-0 CCAC) won a pair of games over Roosevelt University (Ill.) in a Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) doubleheader Sunday afternoon at The Ballpark in Rosemont in Rosemont, Ill. The Cougars won game one in five innings by a 12-1 score and took the second game, 17-3, also in five innings. The 17 runs in game two tied SXU's season-high for runs in a game. They also scored 17 runs in win over Bethel University (Ind.) on March 8 in Kissimmee, Fla.
