U-23 Baseball World Cup Super Round schedule, teams revealed

<p>HERMOSILLO/CD. OBREGON, Mexico -- The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) revealed the schedule of the Super Round and Placement Round of the WBSC U-23 Baseball World Cup, following the conclusion of the 30-game Opening Round today.</p>

<p>Mexico (2-0), Colombia (1-1), Cuba (1-1), Panama (1-1), Venezuela (1-1) and Chinese Taipei (0-2) will open the Super Round tomorrow (Wednesday, 29 September) in Hermosillo. The top two nations in the final standings will advance to the World Championship Game on Saturday. </p>

<p>The Super Round teams and schedule were fully defined following Cuba's 6-2 win over the Dominican Republic on Tuesday afternoon in Ciudad Obregon, which clinched spots in the Super Round for Cuba and Chinese Taipei. </p>
