[Softball] Wargel signs with SSU softball program

Regardless of how successful one is in athletics, that life, eventually, comes to an end for everybody who participates in sports.

However, one's knowledge in education, and in life in general, stays with a person well after athletics are finished.

While Emma Wargel is a talented, 5-11 pitcher who has played and competed in just about every sport imaginable, she knows that competing in athletics is just another way to stay active so she can reach the personal goals that she's set for herself beyond simply obtaining her college education. The future occupational therapy major will attend Shawnee State for the 2021-22 season, where Wargel hopes to -- and is expected to -- contribute heavily to a pitching staff that is rather loaded with youthful talent.
