SUNY Adirondack investigates 'concerns' within softball program

The Timberwolves postponed doubleheaders against Herkimer College on Saturday and Sunday. “Last week, concerns were raised within the SUNY Adirondack softball team,” Rhonda Triller, director of marketing and communications, said in an email. “The issue was investigated and addressed accordingly. The coaching staff subsequently chose to postpone the weekend’s games because of a lack of preparation time. However, the rest of the season will continue as scheduled.” SUNY Adirondack is scheduled to play Mohawk Valley Community College in a doubleheader on Tuesday at the Adirondack Sports Complex in Queensbury.
