Japan kept their unbeaten record, while Australia lost at this level for the first time since losing to Japan in the last Opening Round game in 2018.

The finalists in the U-18 Men’s Softball World Cup are confirmed with one day still to play in the Super Round with Japan and Australia to meet in the World Championship game in a repeat of the 2018 final.
