1st European Women’s Baseball Championship opens today, qualifier for 2020 World Cup

The first edition of the European Women’s Baseball Championships opens today in Rouen, France.

The new tournament for the European title in women’s baseball will start with a double round-robin between the Women’s National Teams of the Czech Republic, France and the Netherlands. It will be the debut of the Czech and French Women’s National Teams.

The Final will be played at 1:00 pm on Saturday, 3 August, and will be live-streamed at baseballsoftball.tv, host French Federation of Baseball and Softball (FFBS) has announced.

The European champion will earn a place at the WBSC Women’s Baseball World Cup 2020.
